Taylor OM-2 Mechanical Bagging Scale
The OM2 Series of open mouth baggers use Taylor's patented self-damping beam scale for reliability and accuracy. The flow control regulates the speed of material going through the scale and can be adjusted for light or heavy density material. JEM Wolverine Mechanical Bagging Scale
The Wolverine provides an economical approach to filling bags from 10 lbs. to 110 lbs. Typical production speeds are 4-5 bags per minute at -/+ 4oz. accuracy. The GWM scales can be supplied with a variety of spout sizes to accommodate your specific bag dimensions. Flex-Belt and Auger feeders are available to handle products that are not free flowing in nature. The scales are available in mild 10 gauge steel or can be supplied with stainless steel product contact surfaces or all stainless steel construction for corrosive or food grade products such as salt, fertilizer and various food products.

The VG Series bagging scale weighs products with bulky or erratic flow characteristics with extreme accuracy. The vibratory feeder moves the difficult material from the hopper to the bag. It utilizes an adjustable two-speed feed rate on the feeder to provide the best combination of speed and accuracy for difficult products. JEM Wildcat Weigh Bagging Scale
The Wildcat provides an economical approach to filling bags from 10 lbs. to 110 lbs. with an electronic digital bagging scale. Typical production speeds and accuracies are twice that of the GWM Wolverine mechanical scale providing 8 bags per minute at -/+ 2oz. accuracy per bag. The Wildcat system includes a digital programmable controller with memory retained recipe codes, JEM-Link data and troubleshooting connections and is NEMA 4X-IP65 rated. The system comes standard with two 220 lb. single point compression load cells, bulk and dribble gravity gate, air operated center grip spout with foot pedal clamp activation, complete electrical and pneumatic controls package with transformer for 24V controls.
